John, I saw Brenda's post in chat that she's been having trouble posting photos......as am I!! And guess what, I just bought a new dell that has good ole Vista. It goes through the download, but then the screen just comes up blank. Not sure what's up.....any thoughts?

Amen Julie! Mine does exactly the same thing! I think Jerry has the same problem. I asked him about it first and he didn't know what to do. You must have read my mind becuase I was just "fixin" to post to Phil to see if he could help out.

I will keep an eye out and see if he can help us becuase it has been ticking me off that we can't post pictures.

Out of curiousity, has anyone been on the Snapfish site lately? At one time we had a lot photos that Charlotte was gracious enough to post then they all disappeared from the site. I had asked Shane about it but I don't know if he knows what happened either. It was all the pictures that the photographer took at the reunion.

Whoops - I guess I should have went back and looked at the post before I posted again. Phil was the one who told me he couldn't help. John was waiting for me to respond with whether or not I had clicked submit. Sorry guys! Take pity on woman gone crazy from lack of sleep and 3 kids!

John I just responded in that forum. But to make it was easier, yes I did click submit after. Then it acts like it is attaching, then the screen goes completely white and locks up. I believe Jerry has the same problem too.
I am hoping some of you with great computer minds can figure this out. I guess I could try to email Microsoft.

I don't have a Vista machine to test with....there are only two Windows boxes in this house, Connor's and Denise's, and both have XP. I have a Vista test machine at work (that I only turned on once about a month ago ;) ), so I'll take a look at it Monday. I'm guessing y'all are both using IE?

I am not able to duplicate the problem on a Vista machine, so I posted the question to the list which maintains this software. Hopefully I'll hear something back from them soon.

I just upgraded the attachment code to the newest version. Give it a try now; hopefully it will work.

No go, John, still can't post pictures. It acted like it was going to let me. Forgive my lack of technical description, but I did notice the green going across the bar like it was loading and then, when it was abotu 1/2 way across, (which took about 60 seconds just to get that far), white screen again. :(

Sorry Brenda, I can't seem to duplicate the problem. I'll keep looking into it though.

Brenda (and anyone else having the problem), try posting a picture. I noticed some memory limit problems, raised that limit, and I've turned on error display, so it should show you more than just a blank page (post any error messages here).
