That sucks......I was looking forward to swapping sea stories with ya....Yeah right.....

Sorry, you can't make it, though. It would have been nice to thank you in person.
Bah, you know we skimmers don't associate with you bubble-heads. Or knuckle draggers with twiggets for that matter. :P

Had to.

But it does suck you're not coming. We could have stayed at separate sides of the room.....Heck, I would have just stayed at the bar drinking beer.....That would have been safe.

Alright, boys. Sorry I'm going miss out on that conversation.

On another note (hope I'm not stealing her thunder), but just got word from Kelly Cameron (Peterson) that she's coming to the reunion.

John sorry to hear you are not going to be able to make it to the reunion. Looked forward to seeing you in person - maybe it would have jogged your memory! Ha!

Seriously, thank you setting up this sight, it really is great. We have all enjoyed it immensely.

John,

I know it's certainly more difficult to do the travelling with family in tow, but just so you know, in order for me to make it, I will have to sneak out early on Friday, fly to the states, arrive Friday night, not get any sleep...jet lag of course...get up ( stay up) Saturday...go to the reunion...get up and fly back on Sunday morning....not even enough time to get adjusted to the time change. I can't believe I'm even considering it...I'm certainly nuts.

Can anyone tell me how the highways are to the airport these days? If I get a rental car will it be a pain in the butt to get to the hotel or have things along that route been sort of cleaned up?

Also, is anyone doing anything during the day on Saturday? I'm thinking I would need to utilize what little time I would have there. Lunch anyone?

The roads are clear, but full of traffic. You shouldn't have too much traffic coming from the airport across the lake, though.

You are nuts, but don't let that stop you! I know I speak for everyone when I say how much we appreciate the effort. People making the effort like you, Jan, are part of what makes this whole event so special... and why so many people are looking forward to it.

Hope you make it.
