Malachi had a great time playing with him too. Thanks for solving the mystery for me. He figured out that Conner belonged to Kieth, but he couldn't remember who Cameron belonged to and I couldn't remember who I had seen him with either. I remember now seeing pictures of him at your house Sat. night. Evidently my memory is going along with the eyesight and hearing. It was a lot of fun watching all of the kids playing with each other. As soon as my computer cooperates, I will post the pictures I took from the picnic. I hope we all have a chance to get together again soon.

Cameron remembered the name but didn't know who Malachi belonged too either - but I saw your post in this forum giving the names of you kids so you cleared up a mystery for me as well! And I knew there couldn't have been 2 Malachi's at the picnic.

It seems fitting that several of our classmates would have near 20 year olds but how many took on parenthood late in the game? oh wait, I just got my answer...Sean wins...he definitly has the youngest child in the group. haha.
Candace - my son is 20 years old! My daughter is 11!

Madonna,

I actually know your husband, Jay. He used to (maybe still does) throw darts with Donald Conrad. I ran the dart league w/ his wife for a couple of years and still actually throw out of the Red Barn Pub. I was looking for the both of you on Saturday nite...

I think I'm right in the middle and an underachiever. Lydia will be 10 in January and she's it. You know the saying, "When they made you they broke the mold."? Well....

Phil & Angie & everyone else!!
Yes, my husband does throw darts with Donald. We know their family well. They normally throw in Abita on Tuesday. Great to hear from you Phil. Hopefully I will see you soon! Angie, I am so sorry that I missed not only Sat. night - but the whole weekend. My son graduated from the Marines that Friday - however, I rcvd. a phone call the previous Sunday and he was in the hospital! On Parris Island, cellulitis is very common on the limbs of your body.... Drew (my son) woke up Saturday and his nose was 5 times its normal size....b/c it was on his face - its much serious than being on the rest of your body. Of course I completely freaked out. They told me that b/c it was so close to his sinus cavity - they were worried the bacteria could spread to his brain and become menengitis. Well, to make a long story short - he did graduate Friday. He is doing much better!! On my flight home - my luggage got lost and I did not rcve. it till LATE Sunday. My husband got the flu while I was out of town - so I ended up having to chaperone my daughters Halloween party with about 57 kids (ages 11-13) LOL!!! Talk about a TREAT - they had kids making out in the corner. I was like oh nooooo. That is not allowed here. Anyhow - it was just one of those weeks/weekend - that if something could have gone wrong - it did. Could someone tell me how Joelle ??? daughter is doing? I think it was her that had the bad accident in Texas. Thanks for asking Angie - I am soooo sorry I missed the reunion.

Shrimp po=boy and catfish po-boy. Thanks for the offer to pay, but I figured I'd do it myself.

Love the LSU jersey's. Sarah got a hoot out of Steve Rehage's. She is close friends with him.

I ate well in LA...took my wife to Commanders Palace on Friday, and we ate lunch at Rip's on the lake front saturday...both wonderful. I missed my flights on Sunday and came back to Cov. I was really craving a good poboy, and went to Rags 2, which was closed for a private party...maybe next time!--Jon

Oh, Jerry, I kept seeing you across the room, and wanted to get to talk to you, but never did. Sorry man! (you aren't the only one). Sorry.

I would like to recommend "Louie and the Red Headed Lady" down in Mandeville. The po-boys were HUGE and awesome. Gumbo was to die for.

Phil - we were going to Louie/Red Headed Lady on Tues for breakfast, but it was closed so we had to settle for Waffle House....next time though! My brother says it is very good.

Madonna - you deserve a break! What a train wreck of events for you! Hope everyone is recovered now and the kids went home hickey free from the Hween party!

Everyone - we made it home to the UK today....good flights....everything went smoothly.....our last American meal was a good chinese plate at the Charlotte airport.....but, if anyone wants an interesting and fun meal out one night....we went to the Imperial Palace Casino in Biloxi Thurs night at the Brazilian restaurant....very cool!!! I think it runs about $39 per person, but double check if you go. It's an adventure....not just a meal. We lost $2 on the slots.....we hate gambling. Hope to see everyone when we make it home again! And if anyone heads this way please contact us....we have lots of room for visitors and the train to London only takes 1 hour.
