Moving into the final stages

with just 3 months to go, the planning committee is beginning final planning for the big event.
Anyone who wants to contribute, please chime in. If you're not in the area, but have ideas for decorations, activities, etc, post them here or email me at rshodgson@gmail.com. If you are in the area and want to participate, contact me and I'll let you know when and where our next meeting will be (probably the last week of July).
