Sorry I haven't been active with helping you at the moment. If I can make it through the holidays without keeling over from too much work, I'll be okay.

Looks great! Thanks to Phil and Dan for doing this!

Just out of curiosity, what happens to all of the post on this forum? Do they get transferred over? Remain here? And if they remain here, do we stop posting to this site and pick up all future posts on new site?

Don't know as much about computers as you guys so please forgive all the questions.

the link on the new site to the forum just sends you to this forum. I don't really want to change that. This forum has been working great for a long time and I don't want to mess with that. Everyone is used to things like how to post, upload pictures, etc. I would think that if it changed any, it would just be from us hacking on the colors and layout to fit together with the rest of the site(s).

All I'm hoping the new site will accomplish is to be a starting point into our stuff. A single place that has easy access to the forum, pictures, upcoming events, or whatever new thing we decide to create so you don't have to remember where the snapfish site is or whatever.

New Site

Question - I see we can register and login on the new site, but my regular username and password are not being accepted, but I can still login to the forum like usual. Do we need to re-register or just go along like we have been?

The new site is not part of the old site. It doesn't know anything about the forum. You'll need to register there as well. Once you login, it will remember you (if you check the box) just like the forum does. It would be a nightmare trying to integrate the users from the old site into the new site. :(
