Update

Post by mark »

Jessica has opened her eyes and there is responsive limb movement. This is really good news. Thanks for all the prayers but don't stop because therapy will be long and hard. I still don't have any news of possible brain damage. It appears Jessica will get a 2nd lease on life (:

Mark,

Thanks for the update. I was thinking about Joelle and Jessica this weekend.

I also had another thought. Anybody opposed to starting a section for prayer requests from other individuals. Someone somewhere commented on how family-like our class was. Reading all the posts makes that very evident. Many have offered prayers, so there are many hearts in one accord it would seem.

John N: I'm not sure I would know how to start a whole section. Do you just hit new topic instead of new post?

Mark - Please let the family know that we will continue prayers for Jessica & her family. Thanks so much for the update. I know Jessica has a long way to go, however, this is good news.

God Bless

Jessica is speaking and recognized Joelle and pictures of when she was a little girl. No spinal cord damage and the brain looks good. It's no small miracle!

Thanks so much Mark for keeping us posted.....what wonderful news!! I tried to call Joelle on her cell phone dut didn't get her. I know she has a lot to deal with right now, so I wasn't expecting her to answer. Please let her know that I'm thinking of her everyday.
